A 50% deposit is required up front, within two weeks of the reservation being made. The balance is to be settled 30 days prior to the arrival of the guest(s) / client(s) at Motsentsela Tree Lodge. Confirmation of the reservation is only on receipt of the 50% deposit.

Motsentsela Tree Lodge reserves the right to cancel any such reservation, where the 50% deposit has not been received by the stipulated date on the invoice.

Motsentsela Tree Lodge reserves the right to amend the published rates without notice.

Motsentsela Tree Lodge reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee if cancelled the day prior to arrival or no show.
